You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a complete refund if you’re not happy with it.

We accept returns for defective and non-defective products.
The products must be unused, in their original condition, and have all tags intact. Report any faults or damages with photo evidence within 30 days of receiving the item.

You should affix return authorization number to the delivery box and ship the item back to our warehouse.

Exchange Policy

Change of Mind

Never Arrived
If a product you purchased fails to arrive within the specified timeframe or as promised, you may be eligible for a refund.

Damaged or Defective Items
We suggest please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To do so please our customer support and provide your order details, a clear description of the problem, and any supporting evidence such as photograph or videos.
Faulty Manufacturing
You have 30 days after the arrival of your product to report any problem with your product, if the product does not work.

Custom Duties
Each country varies in its customs duties, laws and regulations. For the ease of buyer, we mark all of our shipments as Free Shipping for and send it as a gift to help the buyer to not suffer paying several custom duties. However, all the shipments or items that we ship do charge the shipment accordingly.
Note: Incase the state charges any custom duties on the parcel, the buyer is liable to pay all the duties not the seller.
